The Firm provides timely legal solutions to our clients’ immigration concerns.  Among the immigration cases, we usually handle visa applications, alien employment and special work permits, and reacquisition of dual citizenship and petitions for naturalization.   

In several litigation cases,  especially with our foreign clients, we have also provided advice and assistance in their concerns relating to hold departure orders, watch list orders, and immigration lookout bulletins.

To ensure business creation and smooth operation,  we provide legal services ensuring timely and complete compliance with governmental regulations. We  help our clients with their business registration, business permit applications, and other regulatory compliance. We also serve as advisers,  corporate secretary, resident agents, and compliance officers of various companies to assist our clients in their basic corporate housekeeping.

In this emerging field of Privacy and Data Protection, the Firm provides legal assistance to ensure  our clients’ compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. As advocates of privacy rights,  the Firm has deep knowledge and experience in the different aspects of data privacy compliance, such as, but not limited to the conduct of Privacy Impact Assessment, creation of privacy policy manual, training of Privacy officers,  and registration with the National Privacy Commission.
